I know that we’re all focused on “Inside Out,” the Disney Pixar film that comes out two weeks from today, but it’s good to know that Disney Pixar has more great movies in the queue for life after “Inside Out” (and for those of us who find Jurassic Park a little too freaky – please don’t judge). “The Good Dinosaur” will be released around Thanksgiving – November 25, 2015, to be exact. Check out the trailer below
“The Good Dinosaur” asks the question: What if the asteroid that forever changed life on Earth missed the planet completely and giant dinosaurs never became extinct? Pixar Animation Studios takes you on an epic journey into the world of dinosaurs where an Apatosaurus named Arlo makes an unlikely human friend. While traveling through a harsh and mysterious landscape, Arlo learns the power of confronting his fears and discovers what he is truly capable of.

I’m calling it now – there are going to be a lot of adorable Apatosauruses named Arlo under Christmas trees across the country this coming December based on how irresistibly cute he is in this image.
I’m not the only one who let out a big “awwwwwwww,” am I?
“The Good Dinosuar” is directed by Peter Sohn, who made his directorial debut with the Pixar short film “Partly Cloudy.” He has worked in the art, story and animation departments, and also has voiced the characters of Emile from Academy Award®-winning “Ratatouille” and Scott “Squishy” Squibbles from “Monsters University.”
Are you looking forward to seeing “The Good Dinosaur” in about six months?
