Peanut butter is pretty amazing, and I am a huge fan of it. Did you know that it originated around 1000 BC when a peanut paste was first made by the Aztecs and the Incas? It wasn’t quite like the creamy peanut butter that’s commonly found in America today. By law, any product labeled “peanut butter” in the United States must be at least 90 percent peanuts, according to the National Peanut Board.
In honor of National Peanut Butter Day, but appropriate for any day of the year in my book, here are twenty delicious peanut butter dessert recipes.
