They are Miniature Overture, March, Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy, and Russian Dance.<\/p>\n 2<\/strong>: new experiences this year.\u00a0One of them is called Treemagination and the ebb and flow of patterns of light reflect how trees breathe in carbon dioxide and breathe out oxygen. It’s very cool.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n 1<\/strong>: year (actually a little more) is the time it takes to plan Illumination, which won a CODA award for the most successful integration of commissioned art into public spaces.<\/p>\n The experiences run the gamut in feeling. There’s the fun of singing along to carols like “Feliz Navidad” and “All I Want for Christmas” to activate lights with your voice. At the other end of the spectrum, feel of peace and tranquility wandering through what feels like a forest. And the grand finale is pretty exhilarating.<\/p>\n Illumination: Tree Lights at The Morton Arboretum runs until January 2, 2017. There is plenty of time to check it out this year. Sheck the Arboretum\u2019s\u00a0website<\/a>\u00a0before you go to make sure tickets are available for the day you want to go.
