These animals are very rare. Peope have been hunting for them for many years (and still hunt), and so it was (and is) an itervention into the nature. But why in such a case, there is a taboo for the filmmakers for the “intervention” with the help reasons?! Isn’t it just a “money making” and betrayal? Betrayal of endangered animals!

I am still crying, I just watched it.
My question Why not help Dawa?
Did she have to die?
I think it is terrible they showed her dead.

They shouldn’t do that… This is extinction creature… High possible they cannot survive… And how they know they found the same Cubs? Where’s the proof?

This beautiful animal and her babies were used to help this Company make money and they should have helped her -she was injured and had babies to feed. Disgraceful human beings involved – will never watch another animal documentary after this appalling lack of compassion or decency for these rare animals.

Yes I thought the same thing, i find it cruel that they used her and could not step in to help her when she needed help!

They are not ready til they are a year to a year and a half. We are being lied too and since they are endangered why in Gods name wouldnt someone give a crap enough to rescue and raise them to be returned to the wild..only a sick nation would allow that!

I know it’s some sort of taboo for film crews to step in and help animals in distress that they are filming but this was really just too much for me. I am deeply upset that no one saw fit to help her when she had done so much for them. Did she get payment for their documentary? No, they couldn’t even help her feed her cubs. So, buzz off Disney and take your documentary with you.

Bit old but the people who shot this footage said the reserve Rangers located the Cubs about 6 weeks after the show.

They we’re both healthy and had even begun catching their own food.
